RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return products to us within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

Return policy:
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Products that cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons are clearly marked as non-returnable in the respective product description.

Returns process:
Please register your return within 30 days of receipt using our returns form. After registration, you will receive detailed return instructions via email. Returns should be sent to our international fulfillment center:

Our returns processing is handled through a central logistics center outside the European Union. This allows for efficient processing and helps us keep our prices affordable for you.

Note:Returns to foreign countries may result in higher shipping costs and possibly longer delivery times.

Return shipping costs:
 For standard returns, the customer bears the direct costs of return shipping.

Refund:
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is usually processed within 1–2 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to be credited to your account. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires. You bear the direct costs of the return, unless the delivered goods are defective or incorrect.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery. These products are marked accordingly in the product description.
